About Hayley
Hayley Creasey is an experienced Massage Therapist, Scar Therapist and Wellbeing Coach who has been running womens health businesses for 11 years. Seasons of Woman offers bespoke and personalised appointments and services for women navigating life changes from pregnancy right through to menopause and everything in between. With a holistic focus on wellness, relaxation and knowledge I aim to empower you to navigate every season of your life with ease and love.
I have a quiet and cosy home based clinic in the beautiful village of Metheringham which is situated just 20 minutes from both Lincoln and Sleaford.

Each and every client is unique, with your own wants, needs and problems. Your appointment is tailored to your own individual needs to meet you where you are and support you to where you want to be and how you want to feel.
Relaxed pace
Your relaxation and wellbeing is my priority and that's why I refuse to rush your appointment. No rushing, no conveyer belt like approach just relaxed and meaningful time.
Quiet, private location, free parking
My home based clinic offers a quiet and private space for appointments and consultations. Nestled on a quiet lane in a rural village. Free parking is available on the drive.

What services do you offer?
I provide massage therapy for women including pregnancy massage, postnatal massage, massage to ease aches, pains, tension and stress, lymphatic drainage massage, scar therapy health, wellness and nutrition coaching. I am also available for wellbeing talks and groups for organisations and companies who would like to focus on women's health and wellbeing in their workplace.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Scheduling an appointment with me is easy. Simply head over to my booking page and use the online booking system to choose the perfect day and time for your appointment. If you are unsure what to book please do not hesitate to get in touch for a chat.
What can I expect during a massage treatment?
Each appointment is bespoke to your individual needs. Once you have booked an appointment you will complete a health consultation form. If I require any further information I will contact you prior to your appointment. At you appointment we will talk through your goals for your treatment and agree a beautiful treatment to meet these. After your treatment you will be given aftercare advice to ensure you can continue with your relaxation and wellbeing following your session.

All appointments must be booked via my booking system and a 50% non refundable deposit is required on booking. Any changes to your appointment or cancellation require a minimum of 24 hours notice.
